Third-Party Services

Every outside service the site depends on, what it does, and who owns the account

Parts of the site are run by companies other than MOWP. Donations go through Blackbaud, volunteer sign-ups through VolunteerHub, job applications through Paycom. Each is a separate account with a separate login, and a place where something can break independently of the website.

This page is the list. Where a product name appears without explanation elsewhere, it's defined here.

The companies

NameWhat it is
BlackbaudThe fundraising software MOWP runs on. Its main product, Raiser's Edge NXT, is where staff keep every donor and every gift, and where fundraising reporting comes from. The donation forms on the site are one of its features, and they write into it
StripeThe payment company that processes card details inside Blackbaud's donation form. MOWP has no direct relationship with them
PayPalHandles the per-county meal contribution payments, separately from Blackbaud
GiveSmartAn events and auction platform, used for capital campaign tribute tags
FreeWillA free online will-writing service that nonprofits offer supporters. Gifts named in those wills come back to MOWP
Fundraise UpA donation platform still referenced by the legacy site, whose account no longer exists
Double the DonationLooks up whether a donor's employer matches charitable gifts
VolunteerHubVolunteer registration and shift scheduling
PaycomThe payroll and HR system, which also hosts job listings and applications
Constant ContactEmail marketing, and where newsletter signups go
Cloudflare TurnstileBlocks automated spam on forms without making visitors identify traffic lights
MapboxThe maps on the dining center finder and the eligibility check
DangerNo credentials here

This page describes what each service does and who owns the account, not how to sign in. Account IDs, API keys and passwords live in a secure store, not in documentation.

Payments

Every payment happens on a payment company's own infrastructure. Card numbers never reach MOWP's website or its servers — a deliberate boundary rather than a detail of the current setup. Giving online covers what that means for the donation experience.

Blackbaud's form brings its own suppliers. Opening the Donate page also contacts Stripe (the card processor behind Blackbaud), Google reCAPTCHA, Double the Donation and Blackbaud's own analytics. MOWP can't configure or switch off any of it. It's listed here because a security or privacy review will ask.

Confirm

Which PayPal account the three county payment pages belong to. They're the ones the legacy site uses today, and they sit outside Blackbaud entirely, so the payments they take don't land in the donor database alongside everything else.

Signups

ServiceWhere it appearsWhat it does
VolunteerHubVolunteer, Sign Up, Individual, FAQ, Meals 4 Kids, New SeasonsVolunteer registration and shift sign-up
PaycomCareersJob listings and applications
Microsoft FormsGroup & Corporate VolunteeringGroup volunteering requests
Constant ContactNewsletter block, on four pagesEmail list signup

The contact form, the meal request form and the Meals 4 Kids referral form are the exception. Those are the site's own, and every submission is stored in the CMS as well as emailed.

Background services

ServiceWhat it does
Cloudflare TurnstileBlocks automated form spam. Invisible to real visitors
MapboxThe dining center map and the service area map
VimeoThe homepage hero video
Google Tag ManagerContainer for analytics and advertising tags
Recite MeAccessibility toolbar
GTranslateTranslation

All three load only when switched on in Site Settings. Google Tag Manager waits on consent as well; Recite Me and GTranslate don't, since they're accessibility tools rather than tracking. See Privacy & Consent.

The legacy site runs a Google Tag Manager container, a Meta pixel and a Trade Desk advertising pixel. All of it carries over, loading behind the consent banner rather than on every visit.

The site links out to press coverage, restaurant partners in Diners Club, veterinary partners in the Pet Program and advocacy resources. Not integrations, but they go stale the same way.

Two Diners Club restaurants no longer have working websites: Las Cuatro Lunas and Pho Alley 11. Are they still partners?
