Where job openings live, and how they reach the site
Job openings and applications run on Paycom, MOWP's payroll and HR system. Applications stay there: the board is skinned with MOWP's logo and colors, descriptions are readable without an account, and the apply flow asks for a name, email, phone and resume without forcing anyone to create a login.
How openings reach the site
The Job Openings block reads Paycom's job board directly, including each role's full description, and refreshes on a schedule. Nobody keys a role into the CMS and nobody has to remember to take a closed one down. When Paycom is unreachable the block serves the last set it fetched rather than going blank, and there's a refresh control in the admin for when a change needs to show immediately.
Paycom offers no supported feed for this, so the site reads the structured data their job pages publish.
Search visibility
Google shows matching openings in a results panel of its own, drawn from pages that describe the role. Because the descriptions are on mowp.org, the site emits JobPosting markup for each opening and qualifies for that panel. The trade is that two pages compete for the same role, ours and Paycom's.
